Application Procedure

An Application Form can be cut from the newspaper and photocopied or requested for by contacting the Student Affairs Officer on the Email address shown below or can be downloaded from          

          Application forms can also be collected in person from the college.

         The Application Form must be accompanied by:

1. Certified photocopies of certificates or ECZ Results

2. National Registration Card (NRC);     

Note that uncertified copies of Certificates and NRC will not be considered;

A non-refundable application fee of ZMW100.00 cash if the application  form is brought in person to the College; or through an online application,  the applicant can deposit the application fee in the following College Account:

In the case where the money is deposited in the Account, the Application Form should be accompanied with an original deposit slip and sent by EMS  Mail to  the address below; and

An A4 envelope with Postage stamp worth K 5.00 affixed.

Payment Details

All payment should be done through the Zambia National Commercial Bank at any point within the country. Once the payments is done, the incoming student should present the payment slip to the Accounts.
